End Zone BBQ Kitchens builds outdoor kitchen systems engineered to endure. We stand behind our products with a multi-tiered warranty designed to provide structural protection while clearly defining service expectations for high-wear cooking parts, electrical systems, and outdoor kitchen modules.

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

End Zone BBQ Kitchens warrants to the original residential purchaser at the original site of delivery (with proof of purchase and photo documentation) that the components listed below will remain free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship under standard residential conditions.

A. Limited Lifetime Warranty: Structural Frame & Exterior Stainless Steel

• 18-Gauge Steel Modules & Kits: Heavy-duty 18-gauge structural steel framing kits and telescoping modules are warranted against rust-through, structural cracking, and frame buckling for the lifetime of the original installation.

• Grill Chassis & Stainless Cabinets: Grill hoods, exterior firebox housings, stainless steel cooking grates, and 304 stainless steel outdoor kitchen cabinetry (doors, drawers, and trim kits) are warranted against rust-through and structural failure for the lifetime of the original installation.
   

B. 3-Year Limited Warranty: Burners & Heat Components

• Coverage: Three (3) Years from the date of original purchase.

• Included Components: Stainless steel main tube burners, infrared rotisserie/sear burners, flame tamers, heat zone dividers, briquette trays, and brass manifold gas valves.

• Details: Covers structural burn-through, perforation, and manufacturing defects. If a burner or heat baffle fails structurally within 3 years due to material defects under normal residential cooking conditions, replacement parts are provided to the original owner.
   

C. 1-Year Limited Warranty: Electrical & Auxiliary Hardware

• Coverage: One (1) Year from the date of original purchase.

• Included Components: Internal halogen/LED lights, electrical wiring harnesses, power transformers, switches, electronic spark igniters, and auxiliary moving hardware.
   

2. Warranty Limitations & Normal Wear

• Cosmetic Discoloration & Thermal Fatigue: High heat, flare-ups, and natural gas or propane combustion will naturally discolor, oxidize, and patina stainless steel over time. Surface discoloration, rust blush from pool chemicals/salt air, and superficial tarnishing are cosmetic conditions and are not covered under structural warranty terms.

• High-Wear Parts After Year 3: Burners, heat diffusers, and briquette trays are direct-flame wear items. Failures occurring beyond the 3-year term represent normal operational wear and are available as customer-purchased replacement parts.

• Labor & Shipping: This warranty covers replacement parts only. The original owner is responsible for any applicable shipping and handling fees, as well as local diagnostic or installation labor
   

3. Commercial Applications
For installations in multi-family housing, hospitality, resorts, or commercial settings, all structural steel, grill bodies, burners, and components carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship and manufacturing defects, contingent on documented quarterly maintenance.

4. How to Submit a Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact End Zone BBQ Kitchens customer support with:

1. Copy of the original purchase invoice or receipt.

2. Model and serial number.

3. Clear photos or video showing the affected part and the nature of the structural defect.
